I called on a Wednesday evening at 9PM expecting to get someone's voicemail. Seriously - 9PM. And Matt the owner picks up and asks when I need help. I was absolutely shocked. He had KJ come at 730am the Friday before New Years to come and install dimmers and rewire my whole house before we had guests over. KJ came in and fixed my sad attempts at installing the dimmers myself. He did everything in an hour and was cordial, on time, and just a great guy. I'll never call anyone else again for electric work!!!

"Our HOA is currently preparing our condo building located at Raymond/Holly in Old Town Pasadena for a much needed paint job. We called Matt the owner of MMR to give us an estimate to take down all of our light fixtures (approximately 60 fixtures) and put up temporary lighting while we paint. Matt and KJ came out and got the entire job done in one day. They were clean, efficient and gave us a great price for the project. “I found Matt (the owner of MMR Electric) through Yelp and I'm so glad that I contacted him. He showed up in few hours on the same day to give an estimate and finished the job in 2 days! My project involved installing a backyard security light, 2 outdoor lights by the garage door, about 13 or 14 recessed lights, some track lights and 3 ceiling fans, 5 outlets in the garage and some dimmers for a fair price. Great attitude and very friendly. Not to mention he's extremely quick in returning text messages as well.
As far as the work quality goes, they (a crew of 3 people) did a great job and everything looks awesome. They're also good with cleaning and covering stuff while drilling, so there's not much of a cleaning that I have to do.
